Automatic enrolment secure payments service

Welcome to the automatic enrolment secure internet payments service. You may pay your penalty notice using this secure site. We accept the following debit and credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron and Maestro.

If you have received other penalty notices you will need to pay these separately.


Security Information

All online card payments are protected by Transport Layer Security (TLS), as recommended by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, and are directly processed using Access PaySuite services.

Access PaySuite's online payment management solutions are independently and rigorously security assessed, and Access PaySuite is certified as a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1 payment processor, as required by Visa and MasterCard.



Data Protection Information

The Pensions Regulator ('TPR') is a data controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation ('GDPR') and the Data Protection Act 2018. We will process your personal data pursuant to any of our statutory functions and objectives.

Payment details provided will be used to process payment of any outstanding fines or penalties TPR has issued against you or your organisation. Where you provide us with your personal data by consent you may withdraw your consent at any time using the details below. Where you provide personal data of another individual we ask that you ensure you have the necessary consent or authority to do so.

We may share information about you with other government departments or public bodies but not before conducting a data protection impact assessment to ensure your rights are protected. We do not sell, share or supply personal data for commercial purposes.

We will only store your personal data for as long as TPR's retention schedule allows. During this time, you may be able to exercise certain rights in relation to your personal data such as the right to access, objection and data portability. If you feel that we have handled your personal data in a manner inconsistent with your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office ('ICO').
